Operations Specialist

To provide a support role to the Management Team, PEO, HR, Business Development, Payroll Ops and Implementation.

·         Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: ordering of lunches, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution incoming & outgoing.

·         Reporting all New Hires to the correct State

·         Employee maintenance on an as needed

·         Garnishment Processing

·         Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & various similar software.

·         Maintains Training and Conference Room calendars in Outlook calendar(s).

·         Send Calendar invites for meetings.

·         Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.

·         Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.

·         Answers phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages.

·         Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.

·         Keeps inventory of all office supplies and placing orders with Office Manager for replenishment as needed.

·         Generates memos, emails, payroll reports, commission reports, etc.  when appropriate

·         Performs all other related duties as assigned.


·         Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook is a must.

·         Knowledge of operating standard office equipment

·         The ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
