is seeking a full time, energetic, and detailed-oriented Benefit Assistant for
the PBS River Chase office in Hoover, Alabama.
Benefit Assistant is responsible for various administrative duties to support
the administration of benefit plans for PBS clients. The position requires
strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to
of insurance carrier invoices
insurance carrier payments
with 401(k) deferral submissions
to client and employee requests and issues
with new employee enrollments and annual open enrollment activities
client databases with benefit changes
- At least 2
years administrative experience working with employer group insurance
plans and 401(k) plan administration.
experience in data entry in HRIS and ability to adapt for data entry to
various benefits software computer platforms
in Microsoft Excel
communication and interpersonal skills
- High School
Diploma or equivalent.
experience with a Professional Employment Organization (PEO) is a plus.
